Half Marathon – 6.45 am
12KM – 7.00 am
5KM – 7.15 am

Cut Off Time:

Half Marathon – 4 Hour (10.45 am)
12KM – 2 Hour 30 Minute (9.30 am)
5KM – 1 Hour 30 Minute (8.50 am)

RACE PACK COLLECTION

Each participant will receive a receipt via email, which must be presented during the collection of Race Pack.

All Partipicants may collect Race Pack as follows:

Date : 13 & 14 April 2019 Time : 11.00am – 6.00pm Venue : Foyer Dewan Tun Canselor, Multimedia University (MMU), Cyberjaya

To collect your race pack, you must bring the printout of your RECEIPT slip and your IC/ passport. If you are a MMU staff/student, you are required to present your staff/student ID, printout of your RECEIPT slip and your IC/ passport. You may appoint a representative to collect your race pack on your behalf. The representative must present the following:

A completed and signed copy of the Authorisation letter (it is at the bottom of the receipt slip)
Photocopy of participant IC / passport
Photocopy of Representative’s IC / passport

NOTICE

UPDATED RULES & REGULATIONS AND PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MMU E-Bee RUN 2019 (“Event”)

Dear Participant,

1. Please be informed that, we’ve updated the Rules & Regulations and Privacy Notice to provide you better information about the Event and/or service to you (if any). These updates are effective starting today.

2. The updated Rules & Regulations had introduced many terms which clarify further on the details of the Event including but not limited to the details of the Organiser, sponsor(s), registration process, Race Pack collection, eligibility, obligations and undertakings of the Organiser and Participant, fees & payment, road closures & checkpoints and other general rules of the Event.

3. Further, we’ve also updated the Privacy Notice in dual language (Malay and English) which includes new sections on the purpose of collection, disclosure, security mechanism and other details as an effort to provide reasonable protection to your personal data.

4. Please be reminded that, you shall bring all the necessary documents especially duly signed Declaration & Acknowledgement and Personal Data Consent Forms in Appendix B1 and B2 (“Declaration”) of the Rules & Regulations (whichever applicable) for the purpose of Race Pack Collection.

5. In any event, you appoint any representative to collect the Race Pack on your behalf, please ensure your representative bring all your necessary Declaration with other supporting documents for the purpose of collection of your Race Pack. Please refer to paragraph 2.8 of the Rules & Regulations for the complete information to collect your Race Pack.
