Syarat & Peraturan Penyertaan
1.0 AM
1.1 Peserta mestilah sihat secara fizikal dan perubatan untuk mengambil bahagian dalam acara ini.
1.2 Peserta dikehendaki memakai topi keledar basikal pada setiap masa. NO HELMET NO RIDE.
1.3 Setiap pelumba hendaklah mematuhi arahan daripada marshall dan / atau pegawai trafik.

1.5 Riders perlu hadir di garisan permulaan 30 minit sebelum perlumbaan bermula.
1.6 Untuk tujuan keselamatan, pelumba (RACE sahaja) yang tidak bermula dalam tempoh tiga puluh (30) minit masa pelepasan akan disingkirkan dan tidak dibenarkan berlumba.
1.7 Pastikan jarak anda daripada pelumba lain pada setiap masa, kerana ada yang tidak berpengalaman.
2.0 NOMBOR PLATE
2.1 Riders akan disediakan dengan nombor plat / tag bib, yang perlu dilekatkan pada basikal mereka. Nombor badan akan diberi untuk kategori perlumbaan.
2.2 Cip masa akan diberi semasa pendaftaran; kehilangan cip masa akan menyebabkan nama dan kedudukan anda tiada sistem. JANGAN dilipat, dirosakkan atau diubah suai nombor plat.
2.3 Peserta tidak dibenarkan untuk menggunakan nombor perlumbaan peserta lain tanpa memaklumkan penganjur lebih awal, kegagalan akan menyebabkan pelumba berstatus DQ.
2.4 Sila pastikan nombor badan anda pada sebelah kiri di belakang badan anda. Peserta dikehendaki melekatkan pelekat nombor basikal di ‘seat post’ dan menggantung nombor plat pada pemegang bar depan (tanpa pengubahsuaian) mengikut acara yang anda pilih.

3.1 Pelumba menanggung risiko sendiri sekiranya merancang untuk meneruskan perjalanan selepas waktu penutupan bagi setiap WS.
3.2 Setiap alternatif stesen air akan disediakan air minuman, minuman isotonik, roti / kek dan pisang.
4.0 KERETA PASUKAN
4.1 Setiap kereta pasukan akan dikenakan bayaran RM30.00 dan terhad kepada satu (1) set pelekat kereta rasmi bagi setiap pasukan. Keutamaan akan diberikan kepada pasukan terdiri daripada mininum 5 pelumba.
4.2 Peserta tidak dibenarkan menerima sebarang bantuan daripada mana-mana pasukan sokongan yang tidak mempunyai pelekat rasmi daripada pihak penganjur.
4.3 Semua kereta pasukan mesti ikut arahan. Pelekat kereta perlu dipaparkan pada setiap kereta (depan dan belakang) akan diberi kuasa apabila memasuki kawasan event. Sila dapatkan pelekat semasa hari pengambilan goodies. Polis Trafik atau marshall tidak membenarkan mana-mana kereta pasukan yang tidak rasmi memasuki laluan pelumba.
4.4 Motosikal sokongan tidak dibenarkan untuk memberi bantuan kepada pelumba.
5,0 BROOM WAGON
5.1 Broom wagon (lori) disediakan untuk mengangkut basikal dan pelumba yang mempunyai masalah mekanikal atau pelumba yang melebihi had masa di stesen air.
6.0 AMBULAN & MEDIK
6.1 Ambulan lengkap dengan paramedik akan disediakan di permulaan kawasan / tamat dan akan konvoi semasa perjalanan.
6.2 Setiap ‘check point’ akan dilengkapi dengan kit pertolongan cemas dan pegawai perubatan statik.
7.0 KEPUTUSAN
7.1 Keputusan berasas kepada sistem masa dan komisar.

1.0 GENERAL
1.1 Participants must be physically fit and medically fit to participate in this event.
1.2 Participants are requiredto wear bicycle helmet at all times. NO HELMET NO RIDE.
1.3 Every cyclist shall comply with the instructions of a marshall and/or a traffic officer.

1.5 Riders must be present at the start line 30 minutes before the race starts.
1.6 For safety reasons, riders (race only) who do not start within thirty (30) minutes of their respective flag-off time, may be disqualified and not be allowed onto the course.
1.7 Keep your distance from other cyclists at all times, as some may be inexperienced.
2.0 PLATE NUMBER
2.1 Riders will be provided with number plates/bib tag, which must be affixed to their bicycle. Body number will be issue only for race category.
2.2 Timing chip will be given during registration; loss of timing chip will cause no ranking system. DO NOT folded, defaced or modified the plate number.
2.3 Participants are not allowed to use other participant race number without informing the organizer in advance, or he/she will be notified as DQ.
2.4 Please ensure to fix your body number at left hand side at the back of your body. Participants are required to stick the bicycle number sticker at the seat post and to fix the plate number in the front handle bar (without modification) according to event you have chosen.

3.1 For those riders who plan to resume the ride after cut-off time in every respective WS are at their own risks.
3.2 Every alternate water station will be serving drinking water, isotonic drinks, bread/cake and banana.
4.0 TEAM CAR
4.1 Every team car will be charge at RM30.00 and limited to one (1) set of official car sticker for each team.
Preference will be given to teams consist of mininum 5 riders.
4.2 Participants are not allowed to receive any assistance from any support team that has no official sticker from the organizer.
4.3 All team car must follow commissionaire instruction. Car Stickers should be displayed on each car (front and back) to be authorized on entering the event area. Please get the stickers during Race Kit Collection Day. Non-authorized support vehicle will be removed from the route immediately if found by the Traffic Police or marshall.
4.4 STRICTLY no support motorcycle is allowed to assistance rider.
5.0 BROOM WAGON
5.1 Broom wagon (lorry) are provided to pick-up rider with mechanical problem or drop rider that above cut-off time at water station.
6.0 AMBULANCE & MEDIC
6.1 Ambulances complete with paramedic will be provided at start/finish area and will be convoy during the ride.
6.2 Every check point will be equipped with first aid kit and static medic.
7.0 RESULT
7.1 Result will be bases on timing system and commissaire.
